The role:

The right candidate will have a passion for IT and a love for delivering excellent customer service. What will really set them apart is how they demonstrate their love for people while driving strong, profitable sales growth within our business. Building a long term, end-to-end strategy for growth and preserving our excellent service delivery will be a cornerstone of this role.

Your contribution:

In your new role as our General Manager (GM) of Sales, you will drive business growth through existing and new sales funnels. You will design and implement marketing strategies and influence product development. You will work with our customers to establish the right technology solution that helps them achieve their “next big thing”. As part of our senior staff team, you will work closely with our CEO to continue to deliver on our human-centric technical excellence in new and innovative ways. Other team members this role works closely with are our CTO, senior project manager, inside sales support team and support team leader.

About you:

You have a strong background in selling technology solutions, products and services. With a rich understanding of both the MSP and Telecommunications markets, you can help us design and implement sales pipelines that drive growth, while preserving our core values and beliefs. You have experience at working through both direct and indirect sales channels for a range of cloud and on-premise technologies.

You will invest in your own training and skill development to ensure that you are able to accurately reflect the correct products, services and technologies to our customers, and leverage our relationships with our vendor and distribution partners to ensure strong financial results.

As the leader of our sales team, you will be responsible for building a team of motivated sales professionals who reflect our core values and beliefs. You will implement reporting metrics that track the success of your initiatives. You will collaborate on new and existing sales opportunities, and work with our support team to track and invest in the long term health of our customer relationships.

The salary package for this role is negotiable, commensurate with experience, and will consist of base salary, plus performance based incentives. These will be measured on a quarterly basis.
